• Accepted methods of payment: cash, debit card or advance bank transfers.
  NO credit or debit cards
• Parking: Park your car directly in front of our house on a free parking lot (exclusion of liability in case of damage).
  Depending on the size of the apartment there are 1-2 parking spaces available.
  At your departure you can use your parking space until 09:15.
  Parking for skiing on the day of departure can be found in the public parking lots.

• Sauna:
  Closed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. Opening times are displayed on the information board.
  Our wellness area is closed in summer!
• Infrared cabin:
  The infrared cabin is located by the main entrance (towels are provided). Access is available daily from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm; please register at reception.

Our reception is not always staffed, but you will find a bell at the reception desk, or you can simply leave us a message. We will then get back to you as soon as possible.

Bread roll service:
Our village bakery delivers fresh bread every day — we’ll bring your order right to your front door in the morning.
A bread roll order form is available at reception. Please hand in your order at reception by 5 pm at the latest, as required. Unfortunately, we cannot accept repeat orders.
Oven:
You’re welcome to borrow an oven (bread oven)
Crockery:
We kindly ask you to leave the crockery in the flat. Please let us know immediately if there are any defects, breakages or similar issues.
Towels:
Towels are changed on Wednesdays (or depending on your arrival day); if you would like your towels changed, please let reception know
SAUNA TOWELLS and BATHROBES are provided on site; sauna towels are intended for use in the SAUNA only – please do not take them into the flats. Bathrobes are available from reception (rental fee: €10.00 per week).
Coffee machine:
There is a coffee machine by the main entrance – you can obtain coins for it at reception.
Waste separation:
We collect the rubbish on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We kindly ask you to separate your waste carefully.
Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Smoking is permitted on the balconies; please ensure you close the balcony door whilst doing so, as the next guest is also looking forward to a ‘smoke-free’ accommodation!
Safe:
Please store your valuables in the safe in your flat. The safe is located in the wardrobe (with instructions); we accept no liability whatsoever.
Ski boot room:
We kindly ask you to take your ski or snowboard boots, as well as any bulky, wet outdoor shoes, to the ski boot room to the left of the main entrance. Your flat key card also opens this door.
In summer, the ski boot room may be used for hiking and cycling boots.
Deposit cards:
These must be collected DIRECTLY from the building on arrival. Please return them to reception on the evening before your departure; otherwise, the daily deposit fee will be charged!
Visitors:
Visitors must be registered and signed off at reception.
Drinking water:
The tap water in Ischgl is refreshing and healthy SPRING WATER – you are, of course, welcome to drink it.
From 10.00 pm, please keep noise levels to a reasonable volume in the flats and on the balconies.
